Nokia is my favorite mobile phone brand and I have been an avid user since the 5110 era. Remember the game of snakes that became a huge hit that came along with the 5110? That's my first cellular phone. Jumping from latest model every time a new one arrive until i finally settled with N70. For 4 years now N70 has become my mobile companion and has been very useful not only for communication but also with the field of work that I am in now. Being a real estate agent, I need to send pictures of property that I am selling to my prospects. With the MMS I could easily send the pictures to my prospects. But that is my N70 buddy.

Browsing and exploring the features of Nokia's latest mobile phone model, the NOKIA C7 I couldn't help but wonder, how in the world will I be able to get one for myself, as a gift for Christmas? Comparing to what I have now, I believe that Nokia C7 will help me more the way my N70 helps me in communicating and closing a deal with my client.

What I like about Nokia C7 is the slick design, not too bulky as the N70 was and is more lighter to compare with, not to mention the 8 megapixel full focus camera. If I use the camera of Nokia C7, I for sure will be delivering a vivid and clear pictures, that my client would appreciate much. Not only that, why would I send pictures when I could send a HD video of the property that I am selling? Isn't it that great features for a real estate agent to use?


Imagine this phone on top of the table with a price list? for sure my client will envy me for owning a Nokia C7.

If my N70 gives me gprs and mms connection, then the Nokia C7 is much much better, it has WIFI connectivity. Now I can connect to the world wide web, check emails and reply to my prospects inquiry any time, any where, where there is a WIFI access. It will be easy for me to twit and post a status shout on facebook for any updates on the property that I am selling. Everything is with in a touch of a finger with Nokia C7.

And as what most of the Realtor's says to their clients when convincing them to buy a particular property, It's always about location, location and location. With Nokia C7 and its maps and gps navigation feature, my client will will love me more if I could just show them the exact map and location of the property that I am selling displayed on the screen of Nokia C7.

Now you know why I deserve a Nokia C7 for my Christmas wish? Because I am real estate agent and my N70 needs to retire soon. And if you will ask me, "Do I want a Nokia C7 for Christmas?" Hell YES!

Due to the two weeks I've lost with the previous maintenance, NETELLER cashouts (and a few other things) had to be delayed.

Payee.Me has been around for a couple of months now, and as they claimed that they are the first in the industry to introduced Paid to Advertise system in a PTC concept, the site is now sucking up the goodness it once shown during their first month.

Why the site sucks now?

1. Payment...it use to pay instantly, now the instant payment has been cancel replaced by the wallet system which seems not to function at all. Requesting for payment made complicated by wallet system, you have to convert your cash earned to fund your wallet and then convert again to payment, where you have to wait another 5 days which in truth is more than 5 days. But to date, payment through wallet system is also canceled.

2. Like any other PTC, the site boast of adding new features and concept compromising the payment system and the instability of the site.

3. The site is all buggy, the promise solution has not been made but they were able to introduce other features. ( it reminds of Earn.Nu)

4. The site loads to low, problem with ads and everything related to your account.

5. Poor support or no proper support. Ask when the problem will be fix the answer is "SOON" a never ending promise.

Not the update that I was looking for, it has been more than month now since the last time I requested for payment, the cash out process using the old system is currently disabled, the only means for you to get paid is thru the process of converting your balance to top up your wallet and then requesting for cash out. From instant payment to manual payment, payee.me added new features each two weeks, but instead of upgrading the site it seems to me that hey have downgraded. This has been the case before with her two sites, first payment was done instantly, then problem occurs with the payment processors, then manually paying some while others get on hold and wait to clear off the pending payments awaiting to be processed. The scenario is not exactly the same and not exactly different either but the ingredients are there to see. We got a lot of information but not the good information. We deposit the money on the bank account of the old owner (about 8.000 dollars) and then we got access to the sytem. We saw that it was a buggy script and that the script was hacked severral times. And see the screenshot:

We have tried to make all the payments of the previous owner but this was to much for us. We gave 5ivbux a new script and a new look and feel but the website already was broken. Then we thought for a very long time, shall we let it bleed to dead or what can we do. And we have come with a solution:

We are going to put the money in the system back to zero, we delete the money already in the system, so people must start over again but the referrals are remaining, we lower the payout to 2,50 dollar and you can ask for a payout when you reached that amount and you don't have to be an upgraded member to get the payout, so everybody can ask for the payout. Payee.Me - I am really starting to question Indy's integrity in running the site, it's been 12 days and two more days, it will be 2 weeks to be exact since the problem regarding the payment for members started and to this date the problem has not been resolved. I have huge doubt that this could be another 247bux or meansbux. I could be wrong or not, but if these sort of problem occurs in a PTC it's a sure thing that one thing leads to another.

This is the question that my mind is throwing to Payee.Me, after the site successful update and 2 days after that, members can not make any withdrawal of their earnings from Payee.Me. Any attempt to withdraw will only leads to same error that has not been fix yet for almost a week now.

Neobux Celebrates 1st Year Anniversary!

Time to grab that mug of coffee or tea, sit back and read while I eat the cake.

Today is the official 1st anniversary of NeoBux. It all started on April 30th, 2008 at 15:00 (server's time).

Since I won't be doing any of those boring documentary like flashbacks, let me begin with the most needed appreciations.

First of all, I would like to thank myself for not going crazy nor losing my patience. Then I would like to thank my family, my cat and my friends who all helped ensuring that I didn't felt asleep even when all the caffeine ran out.

And now, a ultra sized thank you to...

...all the moderators who could, during the course of this year, survive with only a few scars and for being extraordinarily professional. Sorry for not naming each one as this is a long speech.
...the pizza delivery guy for providing all the vitamins.
...all users whose usernames start with an "A" and never forgetting all of those that start with the other letters of the alphabet (yes, even you "Z" people).
...the superb technicians and all employees of the hosting company that holds us in small cabinets.
...the other pizza guy that also ensured life support.
...Steve for the Macs and everything that felt of the Apple's tree.
...all of those who took their laptop on vacations and the hospital (ok, ok... bathroom included).
...Spanish members for having the patience to read my attempts at Spanish (luckily my Spanish is better written than spoken).
...my Arts teacher.
...everyone else (yes, even my neighbors).

This was only possible with everyone's help. The project that was born with the question "Where the hell have they learned to code and why do they steal users?" is now a "I've shown you how to code and how to be honest. Why are you still doing it the same way?". The famous "island of cheaters" (for those who know the lame provocative joke) proved that all a PTC needs is to be honest. Nothing more, nothing less.

Jumping back into the future, and the usual question "For how long will NeoBux be here?":
First I find it funny that we started "dead" on the mouth of some scammers and then they most graciously gave us 2 months to live... then we would be declared dead by September at the very most.

Sorry "PTC death" as you were the only one we actually cheated.

So, first is "die, die, die" and now is "It's alive and kicking".

Answering the longevity questions, I'll tell everyone the secret of our success (besides the moral one): Sustainability. We work with a 3 balance rules. And what are they? Very simple. We know how much we need to pay all the users. That amount is only for cashouts and not spent for even a single coffee. Now we take that amount and make 2 separate equal ones: One for backup (we never know) and one for expenses and investments. So, basically, imagine that we owe the users (the full sum of all users' balance) $10 (strange example). That means that we need to have at least $30 in total available at all times.

The first $10 goes to the users (even if they don't want it it's stored there)

The second $10 are stored as a backup.

The third $10 are for expenses (servers, security, coffee, etc) and for our usual unorthodox advertisements in order to get fresh blood.

This actually is a shock for some as with all PTC admins I've talked to during this year, don't understand how this works. The way most do it (and this in their own words/advices) is to take part of the profit to their bank account for personal spending and the rest is a required "cash-flow" to keep the site running. Anyway, long story short, I was called many things ranging from crazy to daydreamer. The fact is that history told me that I wasn't crazy at all and that all their so called "business strategies" now lead to a 404. This is, as far as my knowledge goes, the only PTC that doesn't require a cash-flow and, on top of that, has enough money to pay the users' balances 3 times. And we're not talking about a few hundreds of dollars. "For how long will NeoBux be here?"... take your wildest guess.

We run as a business in a good old-fashioned management style so, please, don't ask anymore.

Every single day (religiously), I read all the posts in all forums where my language skills take me. I always cared for every user's opinion and always helped as fast as I could. I've encountered many users here who I admire for their posture, thoughts and intelligence. Few are those that differ, actually. We have a community of users who have all different ways of thinking and acting but, in the end, I can see that they love to help one another. They love to share their ideas, experiences and important times of their lives. This is the only PTC I know of that turned into a large and friendly community even though only a small percentage use the forums and chat.
I never get tired of reading the forum. It's a delight especially when I wake up everyday.

Back to business...

In a whole year, users have earned more than $7.5 million. I still remember the excitement of the first $1,000, $10,000, $100,000 and obviously, the first $1,000,000. This is what makes me happy. Seeing this value rise exponentially everyday. It's not the status of having a huge amount paid. It's just how it feels great knowing that many have earned a lot for a few moments of their time. I frequently receive gratification emails and actual letters from users whose life NeoBux has improved. It's such a wonderfully warm feeling knowing that we make a huge difference in someone's life. On Christmas time our mailbox was spammed (in a good way) with wonderful "Merry Christmas" cards. 309 of them which meant the world to me. So many hours living online that I almost had forgotten how good it feels to receive physical Christmas cards in the regular mail.

I had great times at NeoBux. Although I still have real work to do, this is one of the best moments of my day. Always was and still is. I wish you all had as much fun as I had and continue to have a whole lot more. Can't ask you to have as much excitement as I did but I want to share that it has been extremely exciting. The concept of a PTC turning into a community is something that fils my heart with joy everyday. I rarely (although I don't sleep at the job) see this as a business at all as most of the times I get so deep into the spirit that I feel like a real user. It feels great, actually. You guys and gals made it all possible. Without you, NeoBux would just be the world's most honest and paying PTC. But you've made it more than that. You gave it a heart and a soul. It's something that I'll personally remember with a smile on my face in those boring retirement days.

Some of you expected today to be a day full of surprises... balloons, confetti, table dancers, etc.
Why waste everything in one day if we can surprise you for many days?

I would like tell you that many good and shiny new things are planned for NeoBux throughout the year. I would, but I can't really... I really can't disclosure any details about this but I know you'll love it when the time comes. Everything is being carefully prepared... if you see anything strange (delays, connection failures) it's just me. So, as everyone wants a discount for our birthday, let's begin the celebration with a 5% discount on renewals (this discount will end Saturday, May 2nd at 14:00 server time). More things to come... not only today, not only this month but for the rest of the year (yes, I kept some for next year as well).
Let's make better what's good enough already. NeoBux was born one year ago and has given its first baby-steps. Now it will grow even more.

Oh well, just wait and see... what would be a birthday without surprises?

Instant PTC Cash Updates

Instant PTC Cash updates is not paying instantly as what the site suggested on their promotion. Apparently, payment from this site is made manually after such time that the site income increases. Instant PTC Cash I believed is a sister site of Performance bux, or at least of the same network.

Performancebux is also having problem with their payout system, apparently not script related but both methods they are offering for payment is currently do not have sufficient funds to pay any amount of cash out request.

I made my cash out request in paypal and my request was denied due to this:

"We have had a high number of creditcard charge backs.We currently can not process payouts via paypal until our balance s back positive .Any purchases made by paypal help us get ths balance back to negative sorry for any porblems."

So I decided to request for Alertpay and the same problem prompted me with the following message;

We currently do not have anough support for alertpay once we have funds built back up we will enable alertpay.

Alertpay issues only concerned funding and making payment using your using your credit cards but there are other ways for them to fund their account:

Checks
Money transfers
Bank Wire

While, bank transfer is only available to 43 countries.

To make the matter worst, admin of PerformanceBux is blaming standard members for this unfortunate events that the site is currently facing. Standard members do not buy an upgrade for the very reason that majority of PTC today do not stay long or will just end up scamming their members. Charge backs, complaints from payment processors are usually made by upgraded members who are not satisfied with what the PTC sites promised in exchange of upgrades benifits. The only solution they could think of is to force standard members to upgrade their membership in order to be paid. This course of action is very familliar, it was done before with Dingobux, and some other ptc who ended up running away from their members after the upgrades.

Performancebux do not make any difference from other PTC who can't generate enough income from their sites and starts blaming standard members to gain symphatize from other members especially the upgraded members. Sooner or later, like any other PTC perfomancebux will end up running away with your money. The current situation is a sign for everyone not to invest in Performancebux for sooner or later the site will close its doors.

Payee.Me Update

Payee.Me is currently having problem with their cash out system, it was noted before that payee.me has undergone a series of updates for the site that they required to temporarily disabled the payment system to give way to this updates, and have some accounts to be frozen by request of the members for more than a week. With 247bux and meanbux still on the pending state as to when will the payment for their members will resume and Indy keep on promising that payment for these two sites will resume depending on the success of Payee.Me.

This current activity from Payee.me is highly suspicious for me:

1. Cash out payment or request before is disabled once you day available balance drop to zero, giving you an only option to top up your account just to request for cash out...very tricky...

2. A week of updates or every time an update is being made, cash out payment is also disabled but top up request is open. They can recieved your payments to them, but not the other way arround. Incoming is open, Out going is not...

3. An announcement was made that cash out payment can be made now even if you have no available day balance in your account, which is a good news....but...you can't make any request for you'll be prompted that there was an error with Alertpay system, or is it? Alertpay has no problem with their payment system, I just made a payment request from the other ptc and i was paid instantly.

Is this Indy's way of proving the she is not a scammer?

Well, let just see what will happens next in a few weeks or so.

AJBux - is the newest PTC to join the long list of PTC scam. The site have stopped the payment since last month, and the admin like any other has been missing in action since April 1, 2009.

Onlybux is still having a techinical difficulty issues and has been in this state since last week.

Sohobux has been an off and on site since last two weeks ago but now the site only shows blank pages, like those of the Ozonebux. I'm afraid that there is an issue with the server or the site is now totally went off the PTC radar.

E-dollar is having a rough moment, new admin will be gone for a couple of days and promise to sort things out when he get backs.

RapidBux seem to be suspicious, I visited the forum and there were no any activities for both the members and the admin. All activities posted was dated back last March 19, 2009. There were no updates seen both in the forum and the site itself. Another admin missing in action, another sighting of a ghost site.

E-dollar now has now a new admin, the site was sold last April 19,2009. The new admin talks about his plan to this site, giving new hope to members who are now screaming that the site is a another PTC Scam.

Payee.Me and other PTC Updates

Payee.Me have temporarily closed the top up and cash out request system (again by surprise) to give way to the installation of the new script that includes the implementation of IB Wallet system, Shop and relax and other related fixes on the site. In line with this, Payee.me will add 10 ads each day as a compensation for each day the top up and cash out system is closed. There is also an option to freeze your account while the changes is goin on, this option is by request and needs to post the request in the forum.

Payee.Me has been around for two months now and probably in profit being the first to introduce the PTA system in the PTC industry, with advertising package that seems to make the site sustainable and from the fees it charges for every transaction you made if you use the on site services. Included on the fees they charge are for the service of withdrawing, topping up and deletion of inactive refs, all cost a minimum of $0.50. Fees can be waived provided that you have 200 days above available day balance.

Still working on the problem why members can't make a cash out request when a member has no available day balance. To date, a member has to have available day balance of at least one day to be able to request cash out, if by any chance the member missed and have no available day balance the member needs to top up again to be able to request for cash out which really sucks!

With all the changes, Payee.Me has failed to informed and properly announced to member any changes they plan to make. For example, just today they have posted an announcement that they will have to close the cashout and top up system to give way for a new script, which really sucks, in my opinion because the day the announcement was made, it's the very same day they implemented it. Member has given no choice of pulling out any cash balances they have on their account but just to wait till things gets done. Payee.Me admin, should observe the proper way to inform the member and to properly announced whatever changes they made or will be making. A week or say 2 days announcement before the actual event or any changes will took place will give the member a chance to digest the announcement.

For now, it's either you request your account to be frozen so as not to loose your available day balance or grab those ads offered by the admin as compensation till everything set back to normal. The choice is yours, my only wish is to Payee.Me to make a proper announcement at least a week before the actual event not a surprice announcement like this one.

Meanwhile, Novobux has been offline for about a week or two and PTC Watch is now considered the site closed and will be included on the list of PTC Scammer, on the other side of the PTC world, Cobybux have gone some great facelift for their site. Great Job for CobyBux. Congratulations to BuxEvo for the successful site launching. Now you can start earning for real with BexEvo!

Bux.GS updates

Bux.GS admin announced a changed in their terms of service (TOS) as stated below:

6) All payments are made via AlertPay or PayPal. You can request for payment once your account balance is $9.00 or more as a standard member, or $2.00 as a Premium member. Payments will be processed and issued as per order of request, with Premium members having priority. All members will be paid within 2 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays. No "ifs", no "buts". There is a 10% fee for AlertPay withdrawals and 3% for PayPal withdrawals, to sustain PayPal mass payment feature fees - in turn, you won't get fees at PayPal. You can only request one payment at a time.

Pretty self-explanatory. I haven't had much time during the last few weekends, so to avoid confusion and premium members complaining, I changed it from 2 days to 2 business days to premium members, and from 15 business days to 2 business days for standard members (we never needed anything close to 15 business days to pay anyone, so I assume it's not needed to have it on the terms). As for the 3% via PayPal, it's for us to be able to send mass payments. We will pay the PayPal fees instead of you.
